This man called our place of business and the call was answered by the receptionist. He Identified himself as Mark Spencer and asked to speak to an employee. When asked if this was a personal or business call he said "business" but refused to state what the business was related to. The receptionist hung up on him and he immediately called back. When the receptionist answered he started the whole charade again. When he got nowhere with the receptionist he demanded to speak with her supervisor. The call was turned over to the supervisor and "Mark Spencer" proceeded to ask the supervisor "where she wanted him to stick it?"
Caller has a thick Indian/Pakistani accent.
I called this number from a different number and he identified himself as Mark Spencer. I told him to cease and desist his illegal activities and he demanded to know my name and business. I said he didn't need to know that information and he replied "i don't need to talk to you than". We have filed an FCC complaint but doubt that this will go anywhere.
Would love to set up a war dialer and call / sms this freak till he has to change his number.

I just called a lawyer. Do not be scared by them, what I understand now by my attorney, they are being looked into by the FBI. PLus I DONT HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM!

This man has called me several times claiming to be Mark Spencer and has a very heavy pakistanian accent. He has called my cell phone and my job stating that my address is under investigation and if I do not return his phone call then they will contact my job manager and file with the court to have me arrested. Has anyone sought how to file charges against this person? If so, how do you do this?

called claiming to be from new york city sheriffs dept. pakistani accent, irritated by my questions.

"Officer Ryan calling about an important legal matter. A law suit has been filed against you. If you do not return the the call we will be forced to come to your place of employment and arrest you." This person will not tell me where he is calling from, the nature of legal action, a case file number or anything. He speaks with a heavy pakistani or indian accent. As I ask questions, he becomes more annoyed and talks over me until I hang up the phone. Later he calls back, this time blocking his number.
