I got a mental retard who didn't verify my name or identity in any way. I told him to take my number off his phone list. It took him 30 minutes to say 3 broken sentences: dead give-away retard!
called wife today. They hung up when she said she doubted they are really the IRS. She was aware the whole time, btw.
