Received the same call from alleged IRS stating they were going to file a lawsuit against me. I did not answer the call, the message was left in my voicemail.

Received a call today and told me that I need to response to letters they sent me. I told the person that I wanted to obtain their address as I was going to file charges against them for making false and fraudulent claims. Asked for their address so I could send the police and he told me that I should just hang up the phone. I told him I want the address and he gave me a washington dc address. They are full of ****. Scammer!!!!

Very annoying, why can't they be stopped?

On a call received at 4:36 PM, a recorded voice threatened me that the IRS is about to sue me...at which point I hung up. This is a well-known scam.
