They claim to be New Hope Workers and his name was Travis. They took my elderly mom for $2000.00 24 hours ago. I called her Discover Card dispute dept but they can't stop the charge even though the authorization had not go through. They told me they could not cancel the request. I do have POA for mom mothers financial items. I just do not understand why they could not if it was not authorized. I called them as Discover had asked but when I questioned the charge they do not know what I am talking about, no supervisor to talk and can't help and hung up. They are scamming the elderly. They are not associated with the New Hope of Arizona Church. However they are using their name to bring people in to use their cc to charge. They would not even tell me if she bought something. This is just not right. I am reporting to the NY Atty Gen. Please beware they are not legit.
