I hate to belabor the obvious, but ...

Universal Survey is a fairly well documented (see 28 pages of complaints above) bunch of a**holes. So, what rational being would go to their website and give them your phone number? Ostensibly to have it removed from their calling list? Which they never do?

• Lodge formal complaints with the FCC;
• BLOCK their phone number (if your phone system allows you to do so)
• Use one of the old phone company messages (above), "Be-e-e-ep! We're sorry. Your call cannot be completed as dialed, because you're a scumbag jerk-off!" ... or even something less subtle.
