Just got a call from this Indian guy at my work for my boss looking to try to get access to our website. I annoyed him that he hung up on me....lol

Yes this person called me this morning.. dont know the name as he cut the phone before answering my question. Obviously it was a strange call where he quotes his manager named "Mr Kean Smith" who I have no idea as to who he might be, named some completely not easy to remember company name and says they want to send me to some seminar and is ready to ask questions without really trying to tell the actual purpose of his call

Calling from IT Intratech for Sales CRM questions and he has 2 questions. The person RAHUL asked for does not exist in our company but I told him I was Victor just to see what he wanted. After I told him to remove this number from his call list, he called back 5 seconds later asking for Eric Brunelli. I told Rahul that I just talked to him and asked him to remove our number. He hung up.

Called my office. Answered the phone and a man with a foreign accent asked if I was (first and last name). I answered(will not do that again) asked who they were and he hung up

Exactly as described by other posters here - An indian guy, on a phishing mission - he had information of my first and last name and the company I work for - reached me on my direct number. As soon as I confirmed, he hung up.

WOW. Super rude indian male asking if I was "working with" a particular company, which isn't a real company, rather it's one I've made up to sign up for tech webinars & other online technology training stuff.

As soon as I recognized the name I said yes, I recognize, and I was in the middle of asking him what the call was regarding when he hung up on me. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I'm trying to remember exactly what I signed up for so I can make sure never to do business with them...
