I got a suspicious text from them as well. Apparently, they use your first name to disarm you and ask you a bunch of BS questions. Bottom line, they are not the employer and most likely phishing on Craigslist ( a scammer's paradise) . I did speak with them and only answered a few questions.
The creepy thing is that they have all of my information on their data base. I checked out their address from the email and the directory doesn't list them.
Here is the email I got from them:

Passwo rd: (my last name)

I got a text message from 646-483-3646 about a receptionist position & to call 888-240-0910. I did not call the 888-240-0910 number. Seems if you answer job ads on Craigslist.org, this is the new thing....F*cked up>>>
I received a text message with my first name included, and giving me a toll-free phone number (888-907-4197) to contact them for a Receptionist job post.
I never applied for such position and I don't know how they had my first name.
