Looks like a house buying scam. Even though this is a New York number, they claim they liked my house in Sunnyvale (I've never lived there) and wanted to know if they could buy it any time this year. The fact that so much information is incorrect along with the rehearsed sounding message, pretending not to be rehearsed by starting with "Hold on, I'm going to leave a message. Hi, This is Kelly and my husband Jason..." makes it that much more likely to be a scam, already trying to fool the recipient.
