I got a call from this number claiming that they want to confirm information I submitted for an online job application. Unfortunately, I am desperate for a new job and fell for the scam. If you confirm anything, they will verified that you've sent the correct contact info on your application and will spam you AND your REFERENCES.

Sad to think there are such immoral people out to get you during hard times.

Received a call today. They did not leave call back number but said it was from Employment Select and that a Verification Specialist would talk to me.
Went online and, thankfully, read that it is a scam.
This is a shame for a company to take advantage of so many people like myself who are unemployed and desperately clinging to any job response.
