Caller ID says 'Opinion Poll'. Automated survey, asking for your political affiliation and you aren't given an option to delete your number from their system.

They have called me everyday for the last 5 days in a row. I have have had calls from them from other numbers in the past, but have them blocked. I'll be adding this one as well.

If you try to call them back at the number on the caller ID, you get a message stating that circuits are busy, this happens at all hours of the day or night.

This is some form of scam and I wouldn't be surprised if they are attempting to get your information to use in some criminal activity such as stealing your identity.
