I just called right now and someone answered right away one ring they stated IRS may i help you. I told the guy every-time i call IRS i usually wait 30 to 45 minutes and you guys answered one ring. he stated that they are the fraud department . i told the guy i wanna pay whatever i owe. he started to ask me how i will be paying i said by credit card or wire the money. ETC,,,,.then I pause and said let me ask my brother PHIL and he said sure ill hold. Then I told him Phil wants to talk to you my brother he said Phil who?
then i told him PHILDISNUTZ MF then he hung up HAHAHA

Not(?) trying to disregard the message or else it will be taken as an offense from your side. Once again this is Ryan Smith from internal Revenue Service". Different phone #, same scam.

IRS wont call you by phone . They will contact you by mail.
people in the IRS are agents not officers.
I knew this was fake or a scam from the start.

Thank you all so much for your comments! I received 2 vms today from robo "Officer Ryan Smith" advising me I am "under FEDERAL INVESTIGATION for fraudulent and unethical activities found in the audit report of your taxes"...instructing to call back or be considered as my committing an offense. This is a sick pathetic soul. Thank you again, kind folks, for your help putting this where it belongs: file 13.

Called stating they were the IRS. Gave me a lawsuit number. An officer number. And told me there would be an officer coming to deliver a warrant for my arrest.scsred me so much I called your local police department. Even called this number back and told them.i turned them in. They continued to call and harrass me.
