Calling for money not owed-he has file for scamming people-acts as dept of justice

harassing phone caller won't stop calling my phone and also makes threats because I won't fall for there scam and give them money

I just received a call from my uncle stating that a man had called and was trying to reach me. I had a Indian accent and stated that he was with the dept of justice or such. He gave us this number and that was all my uncle could understand. He would not give a name. He just told him to have me call him back.
I don't know exactly what was said other than that. My uncle claimed I gave him as a reference.

This person is harrassing me at work and on my cell. WTF! I told him to send me information in the mail and they could not do so. I called the number back and it said this magic jack is not able to be located. WOW! How can they be stopped?

Same dood. Says its Richard Watson. Calls my company cell (my name is not even on the account). It almost sounds like a recording. Either Nigerian or Indian accent.

keep on calling saing is from the federal building of n.y and need to pay by credict car ,for a ticket

Same type of call as described above, Thick Indian type acent, very garbled phone connection, Federal Dept. of Justice. They keep harassing my workplace, and my cell phone.

this person said he was from Federal Dept of Justice and that my husband owed money to a online lender "American" something... when asked again who'd he had a loan with he said, Cash Net USA... I again asked the gentleman what was the name of the company and he said Cash Net USA... I told him at first he said "American something".. and he kept on saying Cash Net USA, then said "American Cash Net USA"... i asked him for the account number or phone number for Cash Net USA and he would not give me any information. After telling the gentleman i was gonna report him, he hung up. I then called the number back and gave them a number to reach my husband.. (which was the local police station)... i bet that scared them!
