Caller said he was from Criminal Justice Legal Services & that if I don't call back a warrant would be issued in my name regarding complaints against me.

Claiming to call from a legal office. Many misspelled words and used poor grammar. This call is coming from NY and I live another state far away from NY. These fraud calls are out of control.

Caller didn't identify except saying it was a lawyers office saying I had three lidications on me that if it went to court and have warrants issued to me to take me to court,,, I asked what it was about and he never stated untill I mention about a payday loan and then he said yes, I tols him i did inquiries on internet for payday loans in jAN BUT NOTHING SINCE AND THAT SOME ONE IN MARCH CALLED AND STATED THAT I OWED 843.000 SOMETHING LIKE THAT. hE KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE durnin g the conversations , I even stated that it is fraud and also asked him why i never rrecieved any letters or certified letters regarding this matter , he said he had to speek to me first, they even had called me cell number, he also asked if the ss # he said was mine and i said yes.. ,, He wanted my lawyers info at first,, I did call my lawyer he said to call the police and i DID, THEY SAID IT WAS MOST LIKELY FRAUD AND NOT TO GIVE ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE AND HAVE THEM SEND ME THE LETTERS AND SAID IF THEY CALL NOT TO SAY ANYTHING AND MAYBE GET NUMBER BLOCKED
