This is definitely a scam. They say they have detected problems from Windows on my computer for the past 2 days and that there is an active virus infecting it. I let them go on and on and then asked the lady all kinds of random questions. Finally I asked her when she would be sending me my computer. She acted all confused-- I told her that if she was detecting viruses on MY computer she must have it since I didn't have one and that I thought she was sending me one once she had the problems cleared up on it. She immediately hung up on me. I hope people don't fall for this scam. I love that I wasted her time for a little while, though.
They have been calling me multiple times a day. They say they are going to help me remove errors in my computer. They got mad at me for asking so many questions. They said they were going to disconnect me from the internet...lol

Called me, says they are from Windows. Tells me my computer has a virus that is sending messages to the Windows main server. I ask why would Windows call me for technical support and I say the preferred method of communication is through email. They say they are only trying to help. I say I don't believe you. He says if I don't believe you then you should hang up. So I hang up. It's probably scam
Said they were Windows PC service. I said you are scam artists do not call here again.
