When they told me my computer had problems & that they would fix it for me, I thought I would see what they would say when I told them "I don't have a computer". Dead silence for a few seconds, then he replied "Ma-am, I think you are lying to me." Can you believe it? Just tell them you don't have a computer & see what they stutter to say. (That is not in their script!)
