Yes! I just received a message from this guy...said I was to be prosecuted for IRS crime? I asked the IRS in Oakland...they said that they Never will make phone calls...they send correspondence only...I *67 the number back & a girl answered...I asked who they were & why are they calling me...she hung up quick...called back & it was disconnected. Shameful...I'm sure they succeed with many people who don't know better & are scared to death!!! Stephani

I would like to report another threatening phone scam pro-ported to be from the United States Treasury and saying that if I did not respond,
I would be hauled before a "magistrate."

this is a total scam. I did return the call to Mr. David Gray and spoke with a woman who barely spoke english and claimed she was from the Treasury Department and that I had evaded paying my full portion of taxes in 2012 and that a warrant had been issued for my arrest for tax evasion. I looked the number up online while she was threatening me that if i hung up that they would send an officer to arrest me immediately.

I love these kinds of people. They are good for some cheap entertainment at the very least - but scary for those who don't understand the corrupt, evil world we live in (especially the elderly). I like to keep them on the phone as long as possible and ask them to explain EVERYTHING in detail. Then, about 5 minutes in, I ask them the same questions again and they (surprise!) usually have totally different answers. Lots of bored and pathetic humans out there, folks....stay sharp.

Someone named David Gray try to call me three times today claiming that I am failing to recognize federal charges against me and I need to appear before a judge magistrate or grand jury. Blah blah blah I need to call him. I know this to be a huge scam. He never uses my name. He just tries to scare the caller into thinking that they need to call him back.
