It shows up on caller id as: HIPUSA. The called I received was from a customer service rep at EmblemHealth, of which HIP is one of the insurance companies they own.

I believe their customer service reps work from home. It's a very low budget, low quality, no frills, generic health insurance company. Then again, that's what health insurance is becoming with little care for the people they cover and share holders and management being the only people that matter.
