They are calling me at least 6 times a day for a loan that they claim I took out at Advance America. I have never used this company, however, they had my name, full social security number and the name of my employer. They threatened if I did not pay them I would be arrested and put in jail. I told them that I would be reporting their company to the police, etc. and they hung up on me.

They will call from the number listed above, a withheld number and various other numbers.

A man named jordan Joes keeps calling y place of work stating I owe money and should call him or I will face whole lot of legal trouble and if I don't call he wish me luck. He says it's import serious matter. I have no idea what this is about.

Received a call at work from this Jeff Anderson stating that I owe Advanced Payday Loans $7000. I politely and shockingly advised him that I have not taken any such loans out and he rudely stated, "well someone with your name" took out this loan and then provided me my social security number, my home address and cell phone number, my work address and phone number. He advised me that this loan was deposited to my account so I asked him what account was this $7000 deposited to because I don't have any such sum of money and he refused to tell me. He then advised me that if I paid $180 it would clear everything up and I wouldn't be sued for nonpayment. He provided me the fax number (470) 201-3434 and told me to send him my payment information. I refused and have reported this to the FTC. I am also filling a fraud complaint with the Florida Attorney General, will be filing a police report for fraud and will be reporting this to my bank. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!!! They are clearly preying on the innocent and they will pay for their crimes!!! I suggest everyone report it as I am!!!!

A thick accented man kept leaving messages on my
phone and he said his name was Sean Williams. When i finally called him back after his screaming messages got on my nerves, he said his name was Brian...I asked for his supervisor's name, he asked why I needed his name..eventually he told me his supervisors name was Ron Branson; which I'm sure is also a lie. I told him I was not giving up any money until he could prove I owed the money. He said that I would be served papers, I said do it. I'm not afraid of going to court....pretty soon he was talking softer and I got louder. I told him until he had proof I wasn't giving up anything. This is obviously a scam and he needs to be stopped.

Regal Law Firm , agent Jim Ross very thick foreign accent. said $107 paid by credit card would put me on their do not call list. When he finally answered my what company question (after saying several times he didn't have to tell me the name of the company I owe) he said it was Advance Loan, a payday loan company.
I never heard of the company and have no loans or credit cards anywhere.
