they said my friend was laundering money and he could settle or fight it in court. He said he will go to court and they hung up. I called them to confront them and they said to F*$K Off. So they aren't IRS at all

Received automated voice message. They said to call this number about an urgent matter with the IRS. They said the number is an IRS hotline number. NOT!
