same message here (IRS). it's definitely a scam.

I just got a call from this number with a recording saying it was the IRS suing me and it was in the process. I tried to call the number back and all I get is your call did not go through. Some one in NY already got ahold of my previous debit card number abs went on a spree so yeah anything coming gym new york, for me, is a scam. IRS sends certified letters not phone calls.
