This is Vision Financial Corporations, a collections agency.
Telling me they are sending investigators to my house to arrest me.
They callled my brother. He called me & call them they started
again with sending the police. I called them back I told themI was going to report this to the police. This isthe same company that has called beofre from differencet phone numbers This is a scam.
I have dealt with "Roger" and "Jason Fox" at this number. Roger says it's Cox Inc (a conveniently ambiguous name...as are the American names these scammers use). When I received a threatening voice mail message, I could hear others in the background leaving the exact same message to others! Bottom line...NEVER give (or confirm) information over the phone. File an Identity Theft complaint with the FTC and your state's Attorney General's office. The phone numbers are fake and purchased by bulk from major phone companies. The numbers can't be tracked because the phone companies won't demand verifiable information and most of the numbers are actually attached to phones located in the West Indies...most likely the Bahamas where there is little financial regulation. If they have your bank info, talk to the bank manager about the ID theft and close your account. Tell your phone company the same thing and they may wave the phone number changing fee. Once you get a file number with the FTC complaint, make sure your local police department has it too.
If enough people put pressure on their State Representatives, we can gets laws to force phone companies to verify the phone numbers sales and put a stop to the scamming. It's sad to think how many people pay these criminals because they are scared and don't know any better.
They get info from you when you apply online for a payday loan. Then start calling about 6 months later. Accusing you of fraud and threatening you with legal action or arrest. Even threaten to send a team to your home or work. They are scammers/terrorist. Treat them as such. I turned the tables on them and threatened them, I told them to send the team, that I knew who I was dealing with, but they did not have a clue and when they send the team, make sure they are wearing protective clothing as they would need it. They were terrorist and would be treated as such on my property. Also, I got their phone number and started calling them. It only took a few calls threatening them with the same thing they were saying to me and the calls stopped. They just figured they were wasting their time. Not to mention, it made me feel a whole lot better to give them some of what they give.
