This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They are calling claiming to be a financial organization and that the call recipient has been qualified for $250,000 in a no fees, low interest, no collateral loan. This is clearly a scam, and likely phishing, as no legitimate lending organization pushes out unsolicited loans or telemarkets in this way. And just to put the icing on the cake, their operators and floor supervisors are both rude and unprofessional. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
