Stop calling me I don't owe anything to IRS or a loan

I got a call from this number as well about a loan and like you I have never applied for one. when I called the number it just rings. I have told them to stop calling me, but they continue. I blocked them, but they just leave messages. This is really irritating.
they did call me. and I just got off the phone with my friend from the F.B.I. after I gave him the number.
