This is a fake pharmacy scam by criminals calling from India, trying to sell fake Viagra that is just starch powder and illegally offering fake opioids and fake painkillers, which are again just capsules filled with starch powder. Sometimes, when I am not doing anything, I love to toy with these scammers, stringing them along on the phone call for at least an hour. These same call centers also pretend to offer fake health insurance services, even pretending to be Blue Cross, and these same India call centers run the Microsoft Support and HP Suport scams phoning you to say that your computer has a virus.
