Same thing. Robotic call saying to return call or they would contact local court house. No details of why they are calling

Someone robo-dialed my landline this morning from 646-844-2985. I said "hello?" 3 or 4 times before hanging up. Idiots. These are practically the only types of calls I get on my landline. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I get rid of it completely. Why pay good money just to get robo-dialed by some idiot scammer?

I got 3 calls this morning 646-844-2985 showed on the called ID. I did not answer. It's a roboctic message saying there has been a lawsuit filed in your name, and if I don't call back they are going to contact the local Courthouse. They don't mention a name or case number. I got this same message a few weeks ago from 206 area code Seattle,WA

IRS Scam call. I knew it was a scam and kept them on the line s long as possible.

I'll be reporting this on the IRS and blocking the area code.

Recorded caller Called this morning caller id New York Call said to call back. Scam don't call. They called again this afternoon, recording said it was officer from tax office, there is a law suit with my name on it. Need to call back. This time it was an area code 2026003953 to call back. Did not call back. Call I'd was from Wash DC Call. Happened twice.
