Saying there’s an investigation on my social security number or something. Can totally tell it’s a Robo call of some sort... annoying. Gonna block it...

same message on cell phone: "warrant for arrest; property being monitored, etc., so important to call that number; direct line..".
IRS scam claiming arrest warrant and me and my property are being monitored and to call them beck before the procede with further action.
