Woman couldn't pronounce owner's first or last name (neither take a college degree to get it right). I told her no such person has ever worked here. She said the business name, which includes the owners' last name and got it right, but then said "show" instead of "shop" so I told here that that was not the business she was calling. I confused her...she just said "oh....okay" and hung up lol.

You need to have some fun with them...ask them to repeat every sentence, saying "what?" or "sorry, I didn't understand you". Or, ask for the company name, address, and phone number. Most scammers will say there is no callback number - it's outgoing only. They don't like giving out any information about the "business", often including the name. Find some way to entertain yourself while you anger them lol.
