well to let everyone on here know who has ever gotten a call from this group of people they may keep calling you but if you call them back they will not be able to recieve your message because i have changed their voicemail password and will contiue to change it everyday these people are scammers and should go back to sand ****** ville where they came from i swear we will let anyone into this country . But like I said i have taken over their voicemail so now they will probably be giving out another one to people because i have this one on lock down. If they call you back try to get them to give you their mailing address of their location tell them that your gonna send them a check and then turn that information into the new york police department and they can handle it from their because harrasment is illegal but the police have to have an address or location to investigate it.

i swear these people have nothing better to do then tick people off... i dont know who the hell they are except get you mad. he claimed he was adam smith and sounded nothing but indian. kept saying something about a pay day loan, and that i was the referance person, he kept threatening that he felt sorry for me since i would go down "with them" yet he couldnt tell me who "them" were. i swear its sooooo freaken annoying. and my caller ID says "91703" wtf is that! ugh.. how the hell can i have them to stop calling me?!?!?!?!

A man named Adam Smith called me at work today and after I asked him not to call me at work anymore because I am not allowed personal calls, he called every minute for 2 hours straight. He also told me that he would call as much as he wanted until the issue is resolved. He claims I owe for a payday loan that I never took out. I asked him to validate the debt to me in writing and he said that he couldn't do that, so I then informed him that I believe that his claim I owe a debt is bull, and I won't be giving him money. I can't seem to get him to stop calling my place of employement, it is harrassing my coworkers and my managers. He also wanted to talk to one of my managers because he wanted to tell them that I was a defaulter.

I had a Chris Brown call me and leave a message...the first one I could not understand a word he said. The next message said my friend took out a loan and put me as the co-borrower and is taking a case out on me and to call him @ 646-915-0759. I called back and of course these guys do not speak english that good. Really hard to understand them. So I asked to speak to Chris Brown and the guy Allen that answered the phone said he was busy but would let me speak to his supervisor or manager. So this guy Thomas Dylan (yeah right...anyone with an English name would be able to speak ENGLISH) gets on the phone saying he doesn't know what's going on and would have to get with Chris Brown and call me back. I was not a happy camper. So Chris Brown calls me back (Another one that can't speak good ENGLISH) tells me that my friend has an unpaid payday loan and that she put me down as a co-borrower....that was it...my top blew off and I got irate and told him I didn't sign anything and I was not a co-borrower...if anything I was a reference and he said I'm sorry I will try to resolve this. We will see if he calls back or not. I think it's a scam and my poor friend is worried to death about it! She has never taken out a payday loan.

Calls come to my phone, my daughters, her friends claiming its about a payday loan daughter took out. was settled years ago in bankruptcy. Harassing calls come 10 to 20 times a day. Not nice people. Speak very broken English. They also recite where you live and say they will call the police...we could only hope...then the police would have record of these very demented people. Shame on Payday Loans for selling peoples private information!!!
