I'm getting these calls too. I've had 3 in the last few hours and other calls on other days. Tried calling back and the phone just rang and rang then got an automated VM saying the number isn't in service.

robocall sugesting that a case against me will go to the public courthouse. three calls an hour, sounds like a rotary phone when you call back the number

Learned that although this is a NY number, I saw a trace back to India (Just not sure where in India). Found out that Mukul Rohatgi is a designated senior counsel, and the 14th and current Attorney General of India. He was appointed Attorney General of India with effect from 12 June 2014 and shall have a tenure of 3 years.[1][2] He is a senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India. He has also served earlier as Additional Solicitor General of India. Reaching out to see if he can do anything.

Yes, a scam. IRS officer investigator Kevin Foster from Brooklyn ( or from India because he has a really strong Indian accent) calling that in 48 hours will be arrested but that in 45 minutes he can stop the legal action. Other things hard to understand because his strong accent.
