Someone from this number kept calling my cell. There were 3 messages from a Kevin Jones stating that he was from a law office and that I was not to ignore the call. I or my attorney needed to call and if we didn't, he wished us good luck. When I returned the call, I spoke with a gentleman with a thick accent. He stated that they are filing a lawsuit against me for failure to pay, money laundering and something else. He provided me with a case number. The scary thing is that they have the last 4 digits of my SS#, my email address and mailing address. They swore up and down that they tried to contact me via email as well as mail (this was a lie). When I asked for the name of the company who was bringing the suit against me, he couldn't provide it. He said that it "could've been a medical bill, a loan I defaulted on, a credit card, etc." This is when I knew something was up. He transferred me to the head attorney. A lady with an accent asked me if I was having financial difficulties as to why I couldn't pay. I ignored her question and asked why am I just being contacted with regards to this law suit. She said that they tried to contact me and I've ignored them. She then stated that I will be receiving a summons for court on tomorrow and that I or my attorney can provide proof during court that I don't owe this money. She then wished me luck and hung up.

I kept asking to speak to a supervisor because I could not understand anyone. I was told that I could speak to the head attorney if I sent a request. They forwarded me someone else who said he was an attorney and recited a long letter that I was suppose to copy and send to them. They are very threatening on the phone and unprofessional.

I asked them to call back but if it a attorney office wouldn't sound so busy in the back ground

they called me too and yes mr. Peterson attorney at law. sounded like habeeb cabar to me. Very threatining ... The local police is on there way to throw me in jail. Called a freind of mine ( A Federal Marshall ) he called them they offered no info at all and hung up. How stupid do they think Americans are.

Left a very discombobulated message on my voice mail. Called back and asked what it was about and a foreign woman told me it was about a lawsuit which would be filed against me and she needed my attorney's information. It sounded like there was a party going on in the background. I laughed and said normal people don't have attorneys on call and a law firm would never go about suing someone like this. She told me that I would find out tomorrow and to "watch out". I'm super scared.

Funny thing on this is that I work at a law firm and received a call from these people at work. The guy on the other line was from India and said his name was Jason Marshall. I explained to them that they called an attorney's office and I will give them my Attorney to talk to explain what was going on. My employer requested all documentation faxed to him about my case so he can represent me properly. They hung up on him. Within 10 minutes they called me back and told me that "I was a piece of s**t", so being the nice guy I am I told them that since I had their information I will be suing them. The person than said try. He was not located in a jurisdiction where I could. So the point to the story is that it is a scam and do not give anything out to these people.

This number keeps calling my phone and saying that my daughter has committed fraud and that they are sending out a supena for to appear in court and they will not stop calling how do I get them to stop calling my phone.

I received a call form this number and they stated that I owe them money and that they were attorneys and that they were charging me with theft, he also stated that he was going to call my employment and tell them that I had committed theft??? I told him I was work and hanging up. I have no idea what he was talking about, I listened because I wasn't sure it was personal or work-related due to the business that I am in.

called a work number that is never given out, stated I owed money and to call him back, if I don't respond he will send out the warrant with in the hour and off to jail I go.

do not owe any money, and am not calling him back. sounded totally phoney.
