This person has been calling me for the past 3 weeks. I cannot understand him or the persons that call. There is a different person calling sometimes using the same number. They say that I owe a pay day loan that I took out from "Cash Mint USA". When I told him that I do not know of Cash Mint USA he said that there are several companies listed under this company as sister companies and I took out a loan from one of the sister companies. I did take out a payday loan online, but I had paid off these loans through my bank account. He wanted me to give him my credit card or debit card information so that the next time I get paid they will deduct this money from my account. This time to fee was $425.00. I asked him how much did I borrow in the beginning from the payday loan and he said that it was $350. Every time I borrowed money I would borrow $400 or $500. So this was the first clue. I asked him to send me some paper work on the transaction because he had all of my personal information like my bank, my company that I worked for, my address in Virginia and my social security number and my yahoo account email address. He could not tell me the date that I supposedly took out this loan. He did however emailed a authorization form for me to fill out and fax back to him. This form did not have a heading it just said to: Bob Cooper and I agree to pay ACC the amount of $425 in one payment and a space for my credit card debit card information. Once they receive this form and the money my case against me with ACC will be closed.
Back in December of last year I did pay a company from IPID $642 for this same bulls**t and I tried to get my money back and my bank would not help me. This time I am going to let them take me to court and I will be bringing in my copies of my bank statements to prove that I never got a loan of $350. And if you take out a payday loan online that company will take their money out of your bank account until you pay them off.
