got a call from this number saying that i was gonna be arrested and sued for owing over 5000 to a pay day loan agency from 2009. they also said my name would be on a blck list and i wouldnt get any benefits like social security and unemployment, etc. they had all my personal info bank references work,etc. investigated and found this saying it was a scam

My mother receieved a call from this number 1-646-926-1362 stating that she owned 5000.00 to a payday loan that she took out i called the loan company that he gave her and there is no such account i called him back jsut to see what he was going to say and he got very rude and please anyone that gets a call from someone name Brad Smith and has a bad understanding of english please do not play into his game tell him that u will report him to the local police or fbi

For the past couple of years I've been receiving these calls from a Kevin Miller 646-926-1362 and a Ofc. Jack Miller, 440-695-3062 Avon, Oh., both had bad accents, either from Asian or Indian. Called my workplace many times, the calls were very disturbing and scary. Mentioned a lawyer, threatened to come to my work to take me to jail, and even coming to my home to "put me behind bars" The numbers also come up as 0000. They use different american names and accents are very bad. Unfortunately they scared me so badly that I did have them take $'s out of my checking account. That was bad on my part. I also didn't owe any loan companies $, but they scared me soooo bad that I gave in to them. My BAD!!!! They're very annoying, threatful and RUDE!

Called my work and the guy named John Paul (which I believe is a total fake name) acused me of taking a loan with out permission and if I did not pay i would be sued. Ha its been a year since he done this. I asked the name of the loan , it was a real loan company but I was smart enough to call the loan company they said they dont know a person by my name. He sounded middle eastern and barely spoke english.

My Mother has received 3 very disturbing messages on her home phone (so far) from a guy whose accent sounds like he is possibly from India, but his name is Alec Williams. He is very rude and is making threats on my life! That is really SCARY, but I refuse to return the call to such a questionable individual/outfit who has the audacity to leave a message like that for ANYONE! He has never called my phone/cell phone, but did call my Aunt once & left her the same threatening message on her answering machine. I really don't know what to do about this, yesterday is the first day these calls began (that I know of). The number he left was 646-926-1362 , my sister-in-law did a search on the number and it came back as Fake PayDay Loan Collection Scam, so I am definitely not returning the call! If anyone has any advice/experience they would like to share I would appreciate it.
