It's just the NY Blood Center. Got a call from this today, but checked the history and last time I picked up and scheduled my platelet donation. Totally safe.

My Yourmail identified this as "Blood Bank". I called the NY Blood Center where I donate and they said there is an autodialer which would not leave a message. I asked them to look into leaving a message and they said they have no way to do that. I'm still skeptical and had to block the number after two consecutive hangups.
