call comes in from new york . recording says putting a warrant out from IRS.... tells you to call the number back - foreigner (India?) answers with noisy background sounds (sounds like multiple phone operators. He answers "IRS can I Help you?
Said they were the FBI Dept of tax and crime department and that my address was under investigation and an address warrant was issued.
Scam caller.
