I had a call from this number today. The same deal as 333 reported. I didn't give them any information but they already had my full name and address. The lady wanted to also get my birthdate. I refused and hung up. Is this marketer actually working for TD Bank?

Yes, trying to sell credit and fraud protection - claim to be from TD bank, clearly they are not. Want to get your address so they can mail you the information and give you a one month trial for the low price of 19.95 - they'll send you your credit report every three months :) Sure buddy.
