It is NOT Rogers. I called Rogers to ask about this. I was told it is an individual. Total SCAM!!
I hate Spam calls, but this was a good one. Rogers offering me a no strings improvement in my service and a $30 reduction in my internet charge because my family has "loyalty". It sounded too good to be true, but they knew a lot about me. I came here to see if it was a phishing scam. It seems to be Rogers. If they deliver what they said (and they asked for nothing in return) I shall be grateful they called. I have no affiliation with Rogers and was (still partly am) suspicious, but they seem to be who they said they were and if they deliver what they offered I shall be happy. Not all spam is scam and this spam just might turn out to be something better. My advice: pick up if this number calls. Especially if you ARE a Rogers customer of long standing (as I am).
I called this number back after 2 missed calls with no message left. They did not answer, so when it went to voicemail I said, "Please stop calling my number if you can not leave a message." Within minutes they called me back 2 times while I was on another line, but again, no message.
Calling every day, multiple times. Sometimes, nobody answers.
Today, I cut off the caller before they could begin their scripted dialog. I was hung up on half way through asking them to stop calling me.
No answering machine message was left for previous attempts to reach me.
