They have called us 3 times today from 647-722 numbers, saying they are authorized Bell Mobility dealers and to tell us we have won a promotion or something. I told them not to call back as the Caller I.D. said "unknown name" and they do not sound like reputable people.

Got a call from this number on my land line. Couldn't really make out what he was saying very well but the person he was asking for has been deceased for over 15 years.

this person phoned me and asked if i had a cell phone then hung up-the would not answer when i called back

2 calls from different 647 numbers one hour apart on my cell phone. No voice message or ID or anything else.
