this is indeed a collection agency ...they settled the account for 24% ..they push you for any info they can get and are quite irritating ..but let me tell, you if they screw me ..none of you will have to worry about them again because ill go to PA and take care of them myself

They called me about a debt owed from over 10 years ago. I informed them of the statue of limitations in the state that I live in is 7 years and that the debt is now null and void. I informed the manager that the next time someone called me I would be seeing them in court.

This person can barely speak English & the areacode is in CA I don't owe any debt but they won't stop calling what # can I call to report this.
This Company is a Debt Collector. They call everyday even if you agree to pay them and do indeed make payments to settle the account owed. They are a huge annoyance and do not stop! I have reported them to the FTC.

This # calls 3-4 times a day never leaves a message
I receive calls from this collection agency around 7-10 times a day including Sundays. They start about 7am give or take a 5 minute span and have been known to call until 8pm. Like the above user, they do not leave messages on my phone either.
