Received a text telling me that there was a change on my credit report. Msg reads "TrustedID has noticed a charge on your credit report that may need your attention. Please log in to www.trustedid.com. Reply HELP for help. STOP to cancel." Do none of these steps. Block # from phone & delete text.

Received a text telling me that there was a change on my credit report. I put a freeze on my Equinox account months ago. Looked up this phone number to find it is a scam.

Sent a text, trying to use my phone for a call coming into me right after this text and my phone scrambled my end of the call. It’s suspicious to me. I put a freeze on my credit a while ago.

Received as a text message from this number, claiming same as above.

Spam and fraud. It is connected with Equifax, supposedly, but their site is iffy looking. Text stating TrustedID detected activity needing your attention. Login to www.trustedid.com or call 1-888-548-7878, etc.
