This telephone number has been widely used by an organized group of telephone scammers for at least 2 years now. As of today, the calls purport to be from "Credit Repair Hotline" of Houston TX. An illegal robo-call offering to repair your bad credit. The number has also recently been linked to the notorious lower your interest rate scam, and an automobile warranty scam. This is organized crime in action in the 21st Century.
