Got a recording saying it was the IRS. I called it back to give them a message and the phone numbers to the IRS and told them to call one of the numbers and tell the IRS that they are working for them. Ha ha ha. These people speak very poor English and are very RUDE if you tell them where to go. Which I did. My phone says it came from Los Altos, Ca.
