Called from the "Windows" support center in Cleveland, OH. Said his name was Andy (very thick Indian accent). I tried to get him to talk about the Browns or the Indians but he didn't want to chat sports. So I asked him what he wanted to talk about and he hung up on me! The nerve!
I try and keep these guys on the phone as long as I can to run up their phone bill. They want to try and scam me, well they'll pay for it.
