Yup. Called me. I have IRS issues so I got scared for a second. But this is a fraud I'm sure.

These scammers just called and left the very same message about the IRS suing me. I called back but it doesn't ring or anything. It's just dead air on the line.

I got a call from 650 479 3053 this morning, April 29th 2016. They left a voice mail saying that this is their final notice before filing a lawsuit against me and asked me to call back at the same number. Obviously, I am not calling them back

650 479 3053 is the new number that is showing up for this scam call

Caller: automated call saying IRS was going to sue me

too bad, this number called me twice, saying the IRS is going to file a law sue . It is a span call, do not call back.

03/25/2016 - yep they are still doing it. I did call back, and no one can speak English. I just told them to stop calling me.

Called 5 times today and left only 1- Voice Mail That IRS was filing suite against me.. Called the number back on a Land Line and was asked for file number,then in turn I asked for his name ( Greg Smith ) I ask for his badge # and the call was cut off.............called back again......Ray Harper answered this time ask for badge # again GS50975 then ask where he was located ? Another hang up..............

I received a call from this number twice today March 24, 2016. An automated message tells you: this is your final notice that the IRS is filing suit against you.
