Left a message from Cathy with Capital One credit card underwriters saying they would reduce my interest rate. I do not have a Capital One card.

they called stating that due to my payment history they can lower my interest rate to 1% and my credit card does not offer this, they said that is a scam.. and to call the under writing team at a 800-3990043 not the number they called from 650-500 -1002 from California this is definitely a scam
