Go figure

I live in IL an had a woman by the name of Maria call me at 8:45pm.
Now she didn't call directly, sounded more like a "collect call".
The minute she came on the line an could not even say my name right.
To me it sounded like they were being sneaky with their calls, so I told this woman I am documenting the call...an she hung up faster than u could blink!!
This number leaves NO message, which is annoying.
I would think if its legite they would leave some type of message, so its not construed as harrasment.
But they DO NOT.

These people have called several times looking for a woman with the same last name as me. I have repeatedly told then there is no one here by that name and that it is the wrong number... they told me they would remove the number from the call list and that it may take a couple days... now they call and just hang up...
