The funny thing is I called for an estimate 6 months ago and they never called back. How do companies stay in business like this? They call all times of day and night and I have never answered this number.

The call is promoting the reduction of credit card debt interest rates. After listening to the entire message I was connected to a live person who asked if I was 'calling' to reduce my outstanding credit card interest rates.
