After disconnecting the service I've had with DIRECTV for over 10 years I've been bombarded with "recorded" calls from the retention department to find out why I'm leaving. After 4 identical calls I feel enough is enough. How many times do I have to tell them their customer service SUCKS, and this is proof. They won't listen!
