calls and hangs up. when you call back there is a generic message

This spambot calls several times a day at our business and when you try to speak to a person you have to jump through hoops. They are harassing and rude and after further investigation I found out that they are not really "Google" at all - they're an independent company called BZ Marketing that says they are calling on behalf of Google! Asked them to remove me from their call list but they said it could take a week or two. In the meantime, they continue to call 4 or 5 times a day and it's quite irritating!
