pay day lending scam

In the last 24+ hrs. this number has called me (on my I-Phone) dozens of tunes, on several occasions 4-6 times in rapid succession. As soon as I pick-up, if I do, the call "ends". If I return the call I get a recording --- If we have reached You in error & You want to be put in the Do Not Call List press 1, or if I don't pick up & see if "they" leave a VM, then call back, same scenario. I have pressed 1 dozens of times. There is at least 1 additional Phone Number in the same exchange (Area Code 651, Exchange 333) that has "called" a dew times, same scenario. This should be Illegal, what needs to happen is this--- Government needs needs to have stronger Phone "Harassment" Laws regarding Scams in general, & more specifically Sales Solicitation, Debt/Bill Collection Agencies, Various Loan Companies(especially Pay Day Loan Cos.), coupled with much more stronger/rigorous Enforcement with much more severe "punishment".

I, myself, recently had Major (extremely lengthy & invasive) Knee Surgery & am going through very intense, very painful Therapy Home Exercise + I have several Out of State relatives & close Friends that are very sick, or have multi Major health Iasues.multiple, to the Point where I am weary of ignoring a Phone Number I don't recognize, due to the fact that a neighbor or a Medical Facilty may be calling me.
