Wanted to add that my friend has not received a letter stating any of this supposed information. If they are reading this information, they need to send a letter to my friend.
Scam caller pretending to be from National Service Bureau on behalf of State Farm. Called them up on a spoofed number and recorded the call. Called State Farm and replayed the call to them and they said it's a scam call.
